	APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP TODAY WELCOME TO THE ICJA'S SCHOLARSHIP PAGE Each year the Indiana criminal Justice Association awards up to six $300.00 to $500.00 in scholarships to ICJA members who are receiving an education in the criminal justice field. THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA MUST BE MET AND INCLUDED WITH THE APPLICATION AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION: A person must be a member of the Indiana Criminal Justice Association for a minimum of one year. If employed, employment must be in the criminal justice field or related fields. Students must be majoring in an area that may enhance their career in the criminal justice field. Attach a copy of your current college transcript. Attach a letter from the Office of School Registrar concerning enrollment verification and cost per credit hour. Include a 500 word essay expressing why you should receive the scholarship and your philosophy on criminal justice field in Indiana. Priority will be given to distribute the scholarship awards to at least one person per ICJA district. Scholarships will be awarded October 07, 2011 and recipients will be recognized at the Annual Fall Conference.
